I like to provide a unique approach to recruitment by delivering a first class customer experience. I prioritise the needs of my highly valued clients and candidates by investing the time required to fully understand them, rather than just work from a website or a CV, I love to meet with people face-to-face and establish what is required in order than I can add the most value.
I started my time with Recruitment Solutions in 2019, after spending years within sales and customer services in and outside of London. I first encountered the business when registering as a candidate to begin with. Once I saw the business and their consultative approach, I soon realised that this is what I want to do. Recruitment Solutions is all about listening, understanding and helping others. I particularly love the opportunity to change people's lives and to add a unique level of support to local businesses during their exciting periods, I find my job extremely rewarding.
Recruitment is all about building relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues; it’s these relationships that help you succeed. One of the areas I find most rewarding is providing support after placing candidates. It is about the journey- from start to finish. While some recruitment agencies don’t keep in touch with clients or candidates, it’s these relationships that are the most rewarding. It always feels great to get someone a job but following up to ensure they are doing well and enjoying the role that you got them is my favourite part.
